Users who create fundraising campaigns on the Site agree to provide accurate and complete information. Miracle Hope Foundation reserves the right to remove any campaign that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or misleading.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Miracle Hope Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

7. Phone SMS / Text Messages

Miracle Hope Foundation is a non-profit which gives people opportunity to help join in our mission to help serve veterans and those fighting cancer get access to advanced medical treatments to significantly decrease pain, improve physical health, and regenerate necessary cartilage and tissues. If you opt-in with your phone number or contact us, Miracle Hope Foundation has the opportunity to respond and contact you via phone and text messages. Our SMS messages are primarily to notify you and reminders of your appointment. We may also occasionally send you marketing messages.

-You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or text "START" and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
