HOPE 4 HEROES

Hope 4 Heroes is a national campaign created to give back to the veterans and first responders who have sacrificed their health in service to others. Many of these heroes live with chronic pain, long-term injuries, and invisible wounds that were never fully treated. This program offers them a chance at real healing through advanced regenerative stem cell therapy, a treatment that has transformed lives and restored quality of life for those who have suffered for years.

Through a nomination and voting process, Hope 4 Heroes will award one deserving veteran or first responder a fully funded week of regenerative stem cell treatment at CPI Stem Cells in Tijuana, Mexico. By sharing their story and journey, this hero will inspire hope, raise awareness, and help lead a movement focused on recovery, health, and honoring the sacrifices made by those who serve.

1. Eligibility: Are a Military or First Responder:

U.S. Military: Active Duty or Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. Minimum of 4 years of service, OR A combat deployment, OR A service-related injury. Must have been honorably discharged (if no longer active duty)

First Responders: Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics, Federal Agents. Minimum of 4 years of service, OR Injured in the line of duty. Must have ended service in good standing

  • Are legal residents of the United States;

  • Are at least 18 years of age or older;

  • Meet the medical qualifications for treatment as determined by CPI’s licensed medical staff;

  • Hold a valid U.S. passport and are able to travel to Tijuana, Mexico for treatment;

  • Are willing to complete treatment within one (1) year of prize award.

Employees, officers, and directors of Miracle Hope Foundation, CPI, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. By entering this contest, participants agree to receive communications from Miracle Hope Foundation via SMS and email. This includes updates related to the contest and future marketing materials.

3. Contest Period

Nominations will be accepted online beginning September 5, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ending on September 28, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time. All entries must be received by the stated end date and time to be eligible for the voting period. Voting period beginning September 29, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ending on October 26, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Enter by completing the official entry form at miraclehopefoundation.org/hope4heroes during the Nomination Period. All required fields must be completed truthfully. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A fully funded one-week regenerative stem cell treatment program at Cellular Performance Institute in Tijuana, Mexico, including lodging provided by CPI.

Prize Conditions

  • Prize is nontransferable and has no cash value.

  • Treatment must be completed within one (1) year of prize notification.

  • Winner must comply with all medical pre-screening requirements and be deemed medically eligible by CPI. If winner is deemed ineligible for medical reasons, an alternate winner will be selected.

  • All travel documentation (including valid passport) is the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Round-trip transportation between San Diego, California, and the treatment facility in Tijuana, Mexico will be provided. Travel to and from San Diego, CA is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Winner is responsible for obtaining and paying for any required MRI imaging or medical tests needed prior to treatment.

  • All other costs, including but not limited to transportation to/from San Diego, meals outside those provided by CPI, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

  • The approximate retail value of the prize will be disclosed in IRS Form 1099, which will be issued to the winner in accordance with federal tax law. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries and votes received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be determined based on the total number of valid votes received during the Voting Period. Votes will be counted and verified by the Sponsor.

  • Voting will be open only during the official Voting Period; late or invalid votes will not be counted.

  • In the event of a tie (two or more finalists receive the same highest number of votes), the Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner from among the tied individuals based on additional criteria or via a random drawing.

  • Votes generated through automated methods, bots, fraudulent means, or any manipulation will be disqualified, and may result in disqualification of the entrant.

  • The entrant with the highest number of verified votes at the close of the Voting Period will be declared the winner.

  • Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days following vote tabulation. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation. Data submitted

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, CPI, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize, including but not limited to travel-related risks and medical outcomes.

11. Disputes

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in a court located in Tennessee.

12. Privacy

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Winners List

For the winner’s name, send an email to [email protected] with “Hope for Heroes Contest Winners List” in the subject line after October 21, 2025.

14. Compliance Disclaimer

This giveaway is conducted solely for outreach, awareness, and community engagement purposes in accordance with IRS guidelines for 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. No purchase, donation, or other form of consideration is required to enter or win. This Contest is not a raffle, lottery, or gambling activity.
